What you need before you start
A PCD franchise is a licensed activity, so the paperwork comes first. In Delhi the wholesale drug licence for your premises is issued by the Department of Drugs Control, Government of NCT of Delhi. You will also need a GST registration in your firm’s name, proof of the premises, and a competent person as the Drugs and Cosmetics Rules require.
Forms, fees and the minimum floor area change from time to time. Confirm the current requirement with the authority rather than with any franchise company, including us.
